About UAE Leave Encashment Calculator

When a UAE job ends, the employer must pay for annual leave you did not take, calculated on basic salary. This calculator turns unused days into a cash figure. The official pages do not fix the daily divisor, so you can choose 30 or 30.42 days per month.
